it's definitely monday.

well, i survived my first week at the new job!! it was a LONG week... but a great one! i LOVE the people i work with and LOVE LOVE LOVE the people i work for! (always a good thing when you like your bosses!!) :) i have my very own cubicle (which still needs to be decorated) the only thing that i look at all day is my computer, a big BIG binder full of "valuable information" and about a million post-its!! (next investment, a CALENDER!!) :) today's monday... so we'll see how my 2nd week goes!!


i spent all yesterday moving.. (special shout out to the fam! i couldn't have done it without you!!) especially TOMMY!!!! (thank god for dad's!! AND little sisters!) chrissy spent all night with me cleaning my old place, and making trip after trip to the new place!! i owe her BIG!
i still have some more moving to do today... which i'm dreading, this heat is TERRIBLE!! tomorrow will be the first night in the new place with the girls and i couldn't be MORE excited!!!


speaking of being excited.. my best friend alie has been in town from VA for 2 weeks and we have been having SOOO much fun!! she leaves tomorrow and i'm still trying to figure out a way to get her to stay??!! there's nothin like having the girls back together!! :)

the only thing constant in life...is change.

today's a BIG day for me... my last day of work....

it's bittersweet to go, for the past year and a half, this place has been my home.

i've had the opportunity to work for amazing people and work side by side with a woman i will miss dearly. when i was first offered the job, i had just moved home from hollywood, and was not in a good place. i was struggling with a lot of things emotionally, and hollywood had definitely taken its toll on me. being able to work in the environment i have been in, every single day... made it possible for me to take a step back, collect myself and heal in ways that would not have been possible if it was not for this job... it was a blessing in disguise...and a great chapter in my book...

on monday i begin ANOTHER part of my crazy journey... and let me tell you... it's been CRAZY!! i am in a very good place in my life right now. there are so many changes taking place, i am trying to embrace and enjoy them all...

so, this is more of a thank you... to ALL of my amazing family and friends...

it truly has been a one hell of journey for me...i have seen and done things people only dream of, and have been able to live out my DREAMS because i've had the support of all of you. leaving this job symbolizes so much for me, much more than people will ever know... it's a new beginning, a fresh start... and i am SO ready for it. i am stronger than ever, happier than ever and am back to being me... i've found myself again, which at one point i thought was impossible, and i am ready for whatever this next part of my journey has in store for me. God is doing some pretty incredible things in my life right now... and i can't wait to see what's next.

thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart for everything... i am SO very blessed.

(special shout out to eydie...thank you for being my sounding block for the past year and a half. you have been the joy in my day and my therapy in so many ways!!! i will miss you so so much! i love you i love you i love you!!!!!)

i can't believe you are 10 years old!!! where the heck does time go?!

back in the game!

i'm ALIVE!!! :) i know i've been M.I.A for a while now, BUT i can explain!!!

first, if you haven't heard already (and i'm sure you have if you have any contact with my VERY PROUD mother)... i got a NEW JOB!! YAY ME! i will be working for Entercom Radio doing marketing/sales/advertising for: KSSJ Jazz, 98 ROCK, The Eagle 96.9, 107.9 The End, ESPN 1320, and the newest addition to Entercom, 106.5 The Buzz!! Words can NOT express how excited i am! i start on June 22nd and i am counting down the days!

in other news...

i will be packing up ONCE AGAIN and moving in with my very best friend ms. gina marino and my newest sidekick, jackie! we got an ADORABLE place in Folsom (the walls are YELLOW) and we will be moving at the end of the this month!! pretty sure we are going to have the TIME OF OUR LIVES!! :) (did i mention that walls are painted the cutest color yellow?!?) :)

a little update on the fam:

chrissy just got a job working at Carmax and is LOVING it! the girl gets to drive around AWESOME cars all day long (not to mention, gets to work with cute boys!) what more could a girl want?!?! :)

maddi and matt wrapped up their year as 8th graders and are high school bound!! YES, i know... i can't believe it either!! another 4 years a Bella Vista... i think our family should get an award or something?!?!? :)

kensie just turned 10!! my mom hosted the party at our house which involved the water slide, swimming, relay races, a BBQ and not to mention the CUTEST cake ever!! i can't believe my baby sister is 10!!

and last but NEVER least... mom and dad are busy (as always) being mom and dad!! still feeding me on a regular basis and taking care of my daughter!! (the dog not a baby!!) :)

i PROMISE i'll work on updating this thing more often!!
